Raquel Middaugh is a long time resident of Crook County where she grew up and graduated from Crook County High School in 2020. In Raquel’s younger years she developed a passion for the livestock industry; she was heavily involved in 4-H and FFA programs. She served as the Crook County FFA Vice President and Crook County FFA Reporter along with being the President of the Hog Heaven 4-H club for 6 years. She was someone who had a passion so big that she traveled around the Northwest showing her show pigs and at the local county fair along with the Oregon State Fair. Alongside her passion for livestock; she finds a great amount of love for the great outdoors hunting and fishing with family and loved ones. Raquel has always been interested in biology, animal sciences and the medical services industries. She recently worked as a radiology assistant in a hospital where she had the opportunity to serve patients. She has started the path of working towards completion of her pre-requisites at Central Oregon Community College and will continue with her education in her new endeavor with Prineville Funeral Home. She is excited and looking forward to a career that will allow her to continue learning and to give back to her community.
