I was one of many friends of him at Tumalo Community School. I remember my mom used to pack peanut butter and jelly everyday but I threw it out just so I could eat with him at lunch. I wish his dream of becoming a soccer or baseball player came true, I also wish I could talk and play with him one more time. Miss you

Please accept my very sincere sympathy for such an especially sad loss. To lose a child is beyond my comprehension; your pain must be immeasurable. I know that there are no words that I can say to take away your pain, but please take comfort in knowing that death is only a temporary part of life. (John 5:28,29) Although your time with Tristan was far too short, you can have the hope of being reunited with him forever, under perfect circumstances and in perfect health. (Revelation 21:4) In the meantime, even though the pain may at times seem insurmountable, rest assured that God will give you the strength necessary to endure. (Psalm 94:17-19) Please accept my deepest sympathy and sincerest condolences.

My sweet, handsome nephew you are truly my hero! Everything you endured over the last several years and the strength and courage you found to fight for so long is amazing. There are no words to describe the emptiness in our hearts but knowing that you are now pain free and with your family of angels provides us with comfort. Not a day goes by that u are not thought of. I love you and always will until the day we meet again!

Gentle Little Man, Big Strong Hero!! I know I will see you someday soon and you will be running on the streets of gold, no more pain, no more sorrow, just that happy little man I have always known!! Chris and Sarah you are the absolute strongest, and most loving parents ever. God sent Tristan to you because he knew that. Tristan was blessed to have you both as well as his beautiful sisters and we were all BLESSED to have Tristan!! God be with you all at this rough time and know he is at peace and with our Lord!! <3 <3

My heart is broken but it still beats with grief. Grief is a lonely thing and my prayers go out to Chris and Sara as they struggle to live with Tristan's passing for the rest of their lives. They've been wonderful, caring, sacrificing parents doing all they can to make Tristan's life meaningful for the short time he was on this earth. I'll never forget his beaming smile no matter his pain. He so wanted his Mom to be happy in spite of all the tragedy of his passing. He's now wrapped in God's arms waiting to see them again one day. Our love to you little man. - Debbie with Pediatric Foundation.

There are no words to express what I want to say. Just know that prayers are reaching heaven on your behalf. I love you and will be continuing to pray. Tristan didn't have to worry- that door to heaven was open wide. It had to be; to fit the smile on his face. Godspeed. Love and blessings!
