Cindy S. Pence

Cynthia Suzanne Pence passed away May 21 at St. Charles Medical Center Bend.

Cindy was born to Steve and Donna (Stephens-Eggers) Pence on March 24, 1961, in Roseburg.

She graduated from Crook County High School in 1979 and worked as a waitress for several years before becoming a full-time Nana to her grandchildren. Her hobbies included scrapbooking, spending time with her grandchildren, reading and various crafts.

Her greatest accomplishments were her children, Kara Koops, Nicole Keller (Jake), Beau Stackhouse (Vanessa), and Cody Stackhouse, and her greatest joy were her seven wonderful grandchildren, Madison and Marli Stackhouse, Juan, Emma and Gabriel Reyes, and Weston and Maverick Keller, which she doted all her love and attention on.

Along with her children and grandchildren, Cindy is also survived by her parents, Steve and Evelyn Pence and Donna Stephens Eggers; siblings, Steve Pence, Jr., (Kendra), Kathy Pence Koenig (Walt), Chris Pence Huff (Kevin), Julie Pence Vaughan (Dave), Becky Pence Cherry (Steve), and sister-in-law, Loni Pence; 10 nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts and uncles. Cindy was also a special Mama to Kelli Ashley (Jesse) and Jolee Koops, and Nana to Jade Hendrix, her daughter, Teagen, Noah and Andrew Lopez, and so many more children that she loved!

She was preceded in death by a niece, Taylor Marie Hatfield, and her stepfather, Gary Stephens.
