Roberta J Davis

Roberta, or Bertie to most of her family was born at home with her granny Howard delivering her. She got her sense of caring from her granny who cared for everyone.

When her father died at the age of 10 she took on caring for all of the children in the house, she always wanted to be a Nurse and help others. She began her career as a nurse's aide, became an LPN, and then became an RN. She took care of patients for more than 50 years of her life. She received her bachelors in naturopathic medicine for people and animals. She was a master Gardner and loved Quilting.  She loved her family, her children, her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. She loved, and helped her mother, grandfather, her aunts and uncles and all her nieces and nephews.

Her love for God, and love for others was astounding. She touched many lives. She was preceded in death by her husband Ron; they were together 47 years.

She Leaves behind her four children Daniel and Catherine Seaborn , John and Margaret Thurman, James, and Marsha Whitfield, and Mike and Sherry Whitfield. She also leaves behind her grandchildren and great grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.

She passed away January 4, 2024 peacefully in her sleep.
