Richard "Rick" Charles Foss

Rick C. Foss, Age 60 of Central Oregon, Son of Art and Jane Foss was killed on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 in a heavy machinery accident. Rick was born December 13th 1957 in Modesto, CA. He grew up on the GI Ranch near Hampton, OR. He graduated from Redmond High School and was a big part of the rodeo team. He worked at Brightwood for 15 years before starting his own machine shop Industrial Concepts. He enjoyed team roping, hunting and flying. Rick was an amazing man who brought love and laughter to everyone he knew. He is survived by two brothers, three sisters, his wife Dawn, three children Rick Jr., Brady, Mckenzie, four stepchildren and fourteen grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at the Crook County Indoor Arena on Saturday October 6th at 2:00pm
