It is with deep sadness that Richard E Youmans passed away June 2,2021 at St. Charles Hospital, Richard was born on January 23,1942 to Charles A Youmans and Gladys P Youmans in Spokane, Washington, Richard worked for the State of Oregon O.D.T. for 30 yrs, He retired in 2003, Richard is survived by his Wife Rolynne Youmans Moe of Prineville ,his Sons ,Charles A Youmans of Prineville Or, David M Youmans of Helena ,Mt and Gary L Youmans of Prineville,Or. He has one Sister of Slana,Alaska, a Half Brother Leonard Storm of Portland, Or. He is preceded in death by his Parents .
