Richard L. Wilson

            We are sad to announce the passing of Richard L Wilson on August 18, 2020.  He passed away quietly at home.  Richard was born in Prineville Oregon to Leslie and Ester Wilson (Winegar) on September 29, 1943.  Richard had two siblings, Ron and Gary Wilson.  Ron resided in Prineville and Gary in Portland Oregon.  Richard is survived by three children, Wendy Currier of Sagle Idaho, Brad Wilson of Prineville, Carin George of Rupert Idaho, and seven grandchildren throughout the families.  Richard was preceded in death by his parents and brother Ron.  Richard served in the United States Air Force before returning to Prineville in 1974.  Richard had a variety of careers during his lifetime, working at local mills, time as a machinist, and finally a maintenance supervisor at a local mill.    During his time here, Richard enjoyed bowling, outside activities including hunting and fishing, and plenty of down time relaxing.  Rest in peace father
