Patricia Mae Richardson, Born January 5, 1940 in Portland, Oregon to Raymond and Mae Alexander. Patricia was a devoted animal lover.
She graduated from Bend High School in 1958 and married Jim Richardson in 1961. Together they had 3 children, Mark, Terri and Vicki.
She ran Black Butte Stables in Sisters for many years in the 1970's and 80's and owned Sunriver Stables under the name Pat's Happy Trails in the 1980's and 90's.
She retired to Redmond, Oregon, where she was very involved with Central Oregon Cow Cutting Association. Through her volunteer work with Brightside Animal Shelter in Redmond, she fostered and adopted many cats and dogs. This was a great passion of hers, rescuing and loving animals.
Pat is survived by her younger brother and sister, Ray and Sue, her 3 children, her 9 grandchildren, Nikki, Chris, Kenzie, Jessi, Dylan, Zac, JP, Tate, and Desiree, as well as her 14 great-grandchildren.
Pat peacefully went home to her Lord Jesus at the age of 85 on June 10, 2025
