It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Parolee "Perry" Coats beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, on May 15, 2026 at the age of 90. She was the heart of our family, known for her warm hugs, wise words, and unwavering support. Perry's kindness touched everyone she met and her legacy of love will live on in the lives she shaped. She was a mother who knew no bounds, a friend whose laughter could brighten the darkest days, and a woman whose strength inspired all who knew her. Her life was a tapestry woven with kindness, resilience, and grace.
She is survived by her children, Kandy Marling (George), Colleen Becerra (Rick), and Chuck Coats, her grandchildren Tara Schnetzky (Gary), Quinn Demaris ( Lauren), Kelsi Palmonari (Augustine), Joi and Ocean, Wade Weeks (Audrey), Lane and Warren, Dawn Hoffman (Alex), Lilly Hoffmann, Emily Hoffmann, Justin Coats (Theresa), Logyn Coats, Lakai Coats, Eric Coats (Emily), Lillius Coats and Callan Coats, sister, Kaye Morrison (Bill), Sister-in-laws, Jane Coy (Ellis). Joan Wood (Larry), Kathy Foreman (Dave), and numerous nieces and nephews who will carry her memory forward in every act of love.
She was preceded in death by her husband "Bill" Coats and son Dale Coats, parents Errol and Jane Aylsworth, and sister Betty Nance.
A celebration of life will be held on July 11th at 4508 NW Happy Hollow Drive, Prineville, OR to start at 12:00pm.
