Hayden Jarrett Wright

Hayden Jarrett Wright, a wonderful son, an amazing brother, and a loving grandson, passed away Tuesday September 8, 2020 in Prineville, Oregon.  He was 19 years old.

The pain of grief is real, but so is the peace that comes from God. Hayden has finished his journey on this Earth and has crossed back through the veil to the arms of our Savior Jesus Christ and our loving Heavenly Father.

 Hayden was born on April 8, 2001 in Bend, Oregon to Adam Wright and Gina Cooper. He grew up in Prineville, Oregon.  At the age of 8, Hayden was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  He enjoyed and participated in sports such as soccer, baseball, and wrestled with the Prineville Mat Club.  Hayden found joy fishing and hunting with his dad and uncles.

 One of Hayden’s greatest passions was his scooter.  Hayden loved to ride his scooter.  It was not uncommon to see him riding through town.  He excelled in his ability to do a variety of tricks and skills.  Hayden loved to show off and he could easily draw a crowd, which inspired him even more.  Along with his scooter, Hayden loved the brand “Supreme” and could be seen sporting their logo on everything he wore.

Hayden had the biggest of smiles.  His heart was so full of love. Hayden loved his family and friends.  He was deeply loyal to them and solid in his friendships. He was a best friend and the best brother to his three sisters. You could see the love and pride he had for them when he was around them.  Hayden had a big heart. He was extremely protective of the Ferrell cats that hung around at his work place.  He went out of his way to make sure that they were taken care of.  Hayden was a proud member of the Prineville Body & Paint family where he worked as the Glass technician.  There would be times where you would find him carrying a windshield across the parking lot that was almost as big as him.

Hayden is survived by his great grandfather, Omar Stubblefield, grandparents Mike and Debbie Wright, Lee and Becky Bristow. His father Adam Wright and stepmother Taira,  mother Gina Cooper (Bill), his sisters Haley Buss (Cody), Mica and Giselle, and brother Trea, along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Hayden is proceeded in death by his great grandmother Doris Stubblefield, and Aunt Rosemary Nelson, and his great grandpa Bill.
