Gary Bellah, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on
October 6, 2025. He was born on August 14, 1952, in San Diego, California, and throughout his
life, he was known for his strength, humor, and unwavering love for those around him. Gary
grew up in San Diego and built a life rooted in hard work, loyalty, and compassion. He dedicated
six years to the United States Marine Corps before pursuing a career as a mechanic and later
advancing into management. His work took him to Texas, Oregon, South Carolina, and even
Saudi Arabia where he was admired for his dedication and leadership. Gary married Nancy
Brundage in 1973. They had three children Sabrina, Garry, and Larry. Upon Nancy’s death in
2001 Gary married Svetlana Ignatyuk in 2004 bringing two more children to the family Vitality
and Elena. Beyond his work, Gary found joy in the simple things like reading, hunting, camping,
fishing, collecting firearms, and most importantly, cherishing every moment with his family. He is
survived by his wife, Svetlana Bellah; his five children; his grandchildren; and extended family
who loved him deeply. His legacy will live on in their hearts and in the countless lives he touched
with his kindness and quiet strength. Gary will be remembered not only for his steadfast spirit
but for the laughter, lessons, and love he gave so freely. His presence was a blessing, and his
absence leaves an ache that words cannot fill. A Celebration of Life will be held on December 9,
2025, at the Prineville Funeral Home. The family invites all who knew him to join in honoring his
memory and sharing in the stories that defined his remarkable life. The family would like to
express their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.
