Elmer "Butch" L. Davis

Elmer L. Davis (Butch) 75 of Prineville, Oregon

passed away Monday March 1, 2021 at home in

Prineville. He was born in Prineville to Boyd E

Davis and Zenda Louise (Gardiner) Davis on

October 30, 1945.

Butch grew up attending schools in Central Oregon.

He worked on ranches in Central Oregon working cattle.

He really enjoyed his ranch work and being a Buckaroo

in his younger years. In later years he worked

at several lumber mills in Prineville.

He married Darlene   Adams and they had two sons,

Sedrick (Sid) Boyd Davis of Prineville and Alvin Neal

(Alicia) Davis of Hammond, La.

His second marriage was to Shirley Mae Salsberry. 

Butch is survived by his Sons as well as a

Grandson Zachary K.N. Davis.  His sister Kathy (Bob)

Gagermeier. Step-children Pamela Alvarado, Debrah Hilderbrand,

Sheila Hilderbrand. As well as numerous grandchildren,

great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Butch was preceded in death by his

parents Boyd & Louise, both of of his wives and step son Dave Hilderbrand.

Butch will be missed by his family and many friends.
