Dennis Doyle Grater

DENNIS DOYLE GRATER

A Prineville resident passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023.  He was 80 years old.

He was born in Prineville, Oregon on November 23, 1942 son of the late Clell and Iva Grater.

He attended and graduated from Crook County High School with the class of 1961.

Dennis was married to Theresa Sharp on October 26, 1968.  Together they had one son Monty Doyle Grater.  Dennis retired from Consolidated Pine as a millwright.  He enjoyed hunting, as well as relaxing with his loving wife Theresa and their dogs: Sasha (deceased); Diesel and Missy.
Dennis was survived by his wife Theresa Grater and son Monty, wife Nikki and grandson Connor of Lebanon, Oregon.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial Service will be held in his honor on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses; 2315 S.E.Paulina Highway in Prineville, Oregon.  Casey Cardin will officiate.
