Charlotte (Charlie) Powell

Charlotte (Charlie) Powell passed away on June 26, 2023 in her home in Prineville Oregon.

Charlie was born August 13, 1966 in Prineville, Oregon to Donnie Powell and Carolyn Powell (Beatty).

She was never married.

She loved her dogs as if they were her children.

She was a waitress at several of the restaurants in town.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a baby sister.

She is survived by 3 sisters. Ruby (Tom) Rictor of Prineville, OR; Jody (Cam) Roblin of Reno, NV, and Susan (Lance) Handsaker of Madras, OR and also several nieces and nephews.

She left behind many of her friends.
