Carol Jean Law of Prineville Oregon died on July 17, 2020, her 77th birthday. Carol was born in Regent, ND to Raymond and Avis Richardson. Her family moved to Central Oregon when she was a small child. She spent most of her childhood in Prineville and graduated from Crook County High School in 1961. After high school she attended the University of Oregon where she studied business administration. Carol once again returned to Prineville in 1980 and spent a majority of the next 40 years there until her death.
Carol was loved my many and will be remembered for her caring and nurturing personality. She was a proud mother and lived most of her adult life for her children and her grandchildren. Carol always had a smile and a positive attitude even while dealing with many health challenges over the last 15 years. She loved music and dancing. Carol had a soft heart and always wanted to care for those in need. She loved animals and always had cats and dogs. Her biggest love was her Pomeranian Otis, who lived with her the last 13 years.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Avis Richardson, her daughter Wendy Kissler and grandson Ted LaBombarbe Jr. She is survived by her brother Dick Richardson of Medford, OR, sisters Linda Bland of Prineville and Pete Donnelly of Moscow, ID, her children Mark Law, Penny Kissler, and Raymond Law of Prineville, Kristine LaBombarbe of Tulsa, OK, her grandchildren Kourtney, Kenzie, Taylor, Jonathan, Bailey, Kevin, Kelsey, Michael and 3 great grandchildren.
