Arline Gelina (Frosaker) Welborn

Arline Welborn passed away January 7, 2020, In Prineville, OR. Arline was born on Aug 7 1924 to Asle and Lesa Frosaker at Ross, Minn.

She attended a country school and graduated from Badger High School. Arline stayed at home and cared for her folks until she moved to Prineville in 1965. She worked as a caregiver at Ochoco Nursing Home for 25 years until it closed and she continued caregiving until she retired. Arline married in 1971 to Charles Welborn until his death in 1991.

 In Dec 2017 she had a stroke and lived out her life at Carriage Place where she enjoyed the girls who cared for her, and they enjoyed her.

 She is survived by a sister Grace Bannon of Prineville, OR and a brother Lloyd Frosaker of Roseau, Minn. Nephews Mark Frosaker of Bemidji, Minn. and Mike Frosaker of Ashland North Carolina. Jerry Bannon of Redmond, Or. Niece Nancy Frosaker Heinz of Fargo N. Dakota
