Tim Brundidge Obituary

Tim was born in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin and moved to Creswell, Oregon with his parents at the age of three. He was the youngest of 5 children and the apple of everyone's eye. During his younger years he spent most of his time hunting, fishing, and attending many concerts with his buddies which he enjoyed reminiscing about.

In 82 Tim moved to Prineville where he met Tammy Gurney. They married in 83, and started their, family right away raising three amazing children. Aron 35 (Joanne), Eric 34 (Vanessa) and Alicia 25. Tim was proud of his children and the adults they have become.

Upon moving to Prineville, he began working in the mills. After a back injury he then moved on to retail working in the local grocery stores. Tim loved the interaction with the clients and took pride in serving others. He then ended his career doing night security until his health required him to retire.

Tim lived his life with passion and adventure. He was “all in” with whatever he decided to do. He shared his love and knowledge of the outdoors with his family and friends. Anyone that knew Tim knew of his love to hunt and fish. He could always tell you the fish count over the falls, and where the fish were biting. He planned all year for hunting season, with his favorite being elk. His other interests included rock hounding, gold mining, and opal hunting.

As Tim's health declined, he understood the importance of time and was not as guarded with his feelings. He found contentment in the Lord and was thankful for the life he had been given.

Tim is survived by his wife, 3 children and 3 grandsons – Jonah, Aron, and Allen, and his 2 sisters – Linda and Mary. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Clen and Florence, and brothers Keith and Sonny.

We would like to express a special “Thank You” to the healthcare team that worked so hard to keep Tim around and provided the much-needed support to navigate the challenge of a long-term illness. He surprised us all with his strength.
