Robert Edward Milo Cox
August 1, 1946 ~ June 14, 2019
Robert Edward Milo Cox, age 72, passed away Friday, June 14, 2019, in Prineville.
There will be a Graveside Service at Juniper Haven Cemetery on Friday, June 21 at 2 p.m.
Robert was born Aug. 1, 1946, to Robert and Luana Cox.
Robert was a hard worker. He started his career as an autobody repairman at an early age. He owned multiple autobody shops throughout his life, and, at one point, he even owned a doughnut shop. He loved working on cars, but what he loved most in life was his family.
“Sr.” was a wonderful father and terrific grandpa. He loved spending time with his grandkids. When he wasn’t with them, you could often find him, and his dog, Lilly, riding his scooter through town and going to Bi-Mart and Grocery Outlet.
Robert was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Robert suffered multiple health issues most of his life but always had a smile on his face and reminded us all that he “chose to be happy.”
He is survived by his sons, Robert (Suzie), Joe and Travis; six grandchildren and their spouses; and one great-grandchild.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents; sister, “Teddy” Heck; grandson, Garrett; and granddaughter, Raegan.
