Naideen C. Audet

Naideen Audet, 92 of Prineville, Oregon, passed away at the hospital on December 25, 2017.

Naideen was born July 7, 1925 in Enterprise, Oregon to Charles and Sadie Willis. She spent most of her childhood in Wallowa County. She married Ray Magee in December of 1944. They had 4 children, Charles (died at birth), Donald, Jean, and William. James died as a result of an accident in 1948. Naideen was a hardworking mother who worked for many years at the telephone company and then the hospital.  With her parent’s assistance, she raised up all three children as a single mother. On March 1, 1969 she married Doria Audet after many years of dating. They spent many years ranching in Wallowa County, and then later in Malheur County. Naideen was a very kind-hearted, generous individual who would help anyone with anything she could her whole life. She never let anyone go without if she could help. She loved to read, cook, and spend time with family. Naideen and Doria much enjoyed helping raise the grandkids and having them in their home. Doria passed away in 2002. Naideen spent the last 14 years of her life residing with granddaughter Jolene and husband Ben, and great-grandchildren Ron, Anthony, Kyler, Desiree, and Keldon. Most of this time was spent in Prineville, Oregon. Naideen loved spending time with them and blessing them with lots of love! Naideen will be missed by all who knew her!

Naideen is survived by her brother, Vern,  3 children, Donald, Bill, and Jean, 16 Grandchildren, 34 Great-Grandchildren, and 7 Great-Great-Grandchildren, and their respective families.

Naideen was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Sadie Willis, child, Charles Magee, husband James Magee, husband Doria Audet, brothers Melvin and Robert Willis, and sister Vera Bork.
