Gail Jean (Oar) Kime went to be with the Lord on October 16th in Prineville, Oregon. Born in Antioch, California on October 24th, 1939, she moved to North Bend, Oregon at the age of three, where she graduated High School in 1957 and made her home for 37 years. She moved to Tumalo Oregon in 1979, and eventually settled in Prineville, Oregon after retiring from Pacific Power and Light in Bend, Oregon. She enjoyed tending her flower garden, loved Oregon's beaches, mountains, and high desert, was the consumate cook and entertainer, but shone most brightly in her devotion to her husband, children, and grandchildren. Gail was preceded in death by her parents Melvin Elias Oar and Anne Wilma Oar, and sister JoAnn Engles. She is survived by her beloved husband of more than 50 years, William (Bill) Jacob Kime, and children Brad Allen Kime and wife Sherry, Brenda Jean Lee and husband David, Balinda Lee Reiten and husband Mark, Brian Richard Kime, and Paula Lynne Picciotto; 15 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held by family and friends in Prineville, Oregon on June 8th.
