Stephen Donald Newhouse 

March 2, 1953 – January 5, 2018

Steve was born in Oregon City, Oregon to Donald and Carol Newhouse. He was raised in Oregon City until he moved to Prineville in 1970.

There will be a Celebration of Steve’s life Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 1:00PM at Prineville Funeral Home Heritage Chapel. Then he will be interred at Juniper Haven Cemetery.

Steve married Debbie Sue Sykes on December 21, 1970. In August 1971 Steve was blessed with his first daughter Tammy Sue. In April 1979 he was blessed with his second daughter Baby Brandy.

In 1982 Steve then married Teresa Radford.

Steve married Corine Arlint on April 30, 1998. He then was blessed with his son Case William on their 5th wedding anniversary.

Steve married Kristi Keller in 2016.

Throughout Steve’s life he had many different jobs, from logging to being a DJ for Q-94 in Bend. He was also a Volunteer EMT/Firefighter and also the past president of the Eagles Lodge. Steve enjoyed spending time with his kids, grandkids, family and friends. He loved hunting, fishing, rock hounding, arrowhead hunting, karate, spending time at the Oregon Coast and sun bathing.

Throughout Steve’s entire life he loved the sunshine, whisky and women!

Steve is survived by his loving daughter Brandy Marie Newhouse.

Daughter: Tammy Halsey, Son: Case Newhouse, Father: Donald Newhouse, Sister: Janice (Dick) Fladung, Grandchildren: Rolland Halsey, Haley (Carly) Halsey, Nathanael Jones and Noah Jones, Great grandchildren: Tyson Halsey and Bentley Halsey, Nephews: Randy Fladung, Tyson Fladung, Niece: Heather (Jason) Beebe, Step-son: Shaine Hartmann, Step-grandson: Colt Hartmann

Proceeded in death by, Mother: Carol Newhouse, infant brother, Grandparents: Case and Josephine Newhouse and Lewis and Barbara Ellinger

In lieu of flowers, all memorial contributions can be made at the Prineville Funeral Home in Stephen’s name.
