Melba L. Lockridge was born august 14th 1965 and passed away on November 23 2015.
born in Prineville Oregon a majority of her life was spent as caring and loving community member. Most of her employment career was spent in the caregiving profession. She was born to Loretta Collins and Kay Lockridge and survived by two children Katrina Lockridge and Kristopher Lockridge-O'Daniel, also survived by two aunts Karen Dehler and Karen England and two uncle Elza Collins II and Johnny Rose. Melba was preceded by her mother and many others. Melba was a vivid luminescence in the community who will be mourned and missed by many cousins, friends, community members, and other family members. Most of her days were spent tending to her house, fussing with her cat rascal, tending to her small garden but never fail melba always encouraged and supported anyone who reached out in need or asked a shining example of caring and compassion whom will be missed by all who knew her. Ceremonies will be held in the spring so that family may attend
