Barbara Jean Driscol
Barbara Jean Beeman was born on March 20th 1928 in Portland OR, died February 21st 2018 in Prineville OR. Barbara married Ivan Driscol November 21st 1949 in Tillamook OR. Barbara was preceded in death by husband Ivan Driscol Sr., son Ivan Driscol Jr., daughter Linda McDonald, brothers Theodore Beeman Jr. and Robert Beeman. She is survived by her sister Helen Johnson, daughters Maryann Brundidge of Eugene OR, Joan Macy (Terry) of Baker City OR, sons Jon Driscol (Joanna) of Prineville OR, Donald Driscol of Eugene OR and David Driscol of Baker City OR. Barbara has 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Barbara was a Christian with a strong faith in God. She golfed with her husband Ivan. Barbara was an avid reader. She grew vegetable and flower gardens. Barbara enjoyed painting and watching Bob Ross. She crocheted many afghans, hats and scarfs. Barbara had many different animals including horses and loved horseback riding. She also fancied sporty cars and had a passion for driving. Barbara worked many different jobs. She worked in fields and orchards harvesting food, cannery worker, dietary aide at Sacred Heart hospital and as a CNA in Madras. Barbara watched many of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Teaching them many things from talking, playing the organ and driving. Barbara will be missed greatly by many friends and family members.
