Arlan "Judy" Fowler, 86, passed away November 9, 2017 in Bend, Oregon from complications related to long time health challenging issues.
She leaves her son, Dana Fowler and his wife Deb Fowler; grandchildren children K. Dean Fowler and Jamie Fowler Shoote; great grandchildren Eric Chauvin, Leah and Anna Fowler, Raegan, Boe and Bre Shoote and Dean Blasius; a sister, brother and several nieces and nephews.
Judy was preceded in death by her daughter Patricia Fowler Morris, spouse of many years J. Raymond Keller and her life mate Voy "Ed" Powell.
Born to Homer Fairbanks and Sylvia "Sue" Westfall in Ontario, Oregon July 31, 1931 she grew up and attended school in Burns, Oregon. She lived her adult life in several cities including Lake Tahoe Nevada, Portland and finally settled in Prineville, OR for over 40 years.
Her life was her family. She spent as much time as she could with the people she cared most about. Those that met her loved her dry sense of humor and commented on how cantankerous she was. Judy was an important part of the lives of many and so very special to everyone that was lucky enough to have spent time with her.
The celebration of Judy's life will be December 10, 2017 at her sister De Harkey’s residence; Touchmark, 2911 SE Village Loop, Vancouver, WA at 11:30 am.
